Stir-Fry Springdish (Roergebakken Lenteschote

 Ingredients List

  • 2/3 lb Lean pork meat
  • Oil
  • 1 ts Ginger powder
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 7 oz Pods
  • 1 tb Sesame seed
  • 2 tb Catsup
  • 2 tb Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt

 Directions

Cut the meat in very small strips, fry the meat in the hot oil in a wok,
constantly stirring, add after 1 minute the gingerpowder en pressed garlic
and stir-fry another 2 minutes, add the pods, sesamseed, ketchup, vinegar,
sugar and tiny tomatoes, stir-fry another 2 minutes, add salt to taste.
Serve.
