Stouffer's Corn Souffle (Copycat)

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground
  • -black pepper; to taste
  • Nutmeg; to taste
  • 1 cn (16 oz) creamed corn
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 1/2 c Milk

 Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8" square baking dish with Pam

With electric mixer beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredient as
listed. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake in the center of the oven for
35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
