Strawberry Banana Breakfast Shake

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Strawberries *
  • 1/2 md Banana, Cut Into Chunks
  • 1/2 c Orange Juice, Fresh
  • 3 tb Low Fat Yogurt


* Strawberries should be frozen and unsweetened.
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth. Pour
