Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 T goji berries
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used hemp milk)

 Directions

1. Throw everything in the blender and mix until smooth.

2. I also like to add Garden of Life protein powder and also Amazing Grass wheat grass powder to mine.

3. You could also add chia seeds instead of a protein powder for your kids.

4. I do believe that Amazing Grass may make a powder for kids too.

5. I find if you blend the greens, powders and milk first, the smoothie will not taste chalky. That”™s it.
