Strawberry Banana Tofu Shake

  • 1 pk Silkentofu; or soft tofu (10
  • ; 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 md Ripe banana; peeled and
  • -sliced
  • 1 c Fresh or frozen; (slightly
  • -thawed)
  • ; unsweetened
  • ; strawberries


In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients an puree until the
mixture is smooth. Chill and serve.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
