Ingredients List
- 1 pk Silkentofu; or soft tofu (10
- ; 1/2 ounces)
- 1 md Ripe banana; peeled and
- -sliced
- 1 c Fresh or frozen; (slightly
- -thawed)
- ; unsweetened
- ; strawberries
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients an puree until the
mixture is smooth. Chill and serve.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
