 Ingredients List

  • 6-12 Rhodes rolls, thawed but still cold
  • oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, finely diced
  • 1-/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk


Start by using your finger to poke a hole through one of your rolls. Carefully stretch into a larger circle. Place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and finish the rest of your rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to double in size.

Here is where things get fun. Heat 2 inches of oil in a pan. Fry each of your donuts for 20 seconds per side, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and move on to the next step.

Combine the strawberries, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of milk in a shallow bowl. Slowly whisk together until you get a paste like texture. You may need to add an additional teaspoon of milk if your strawberries aren”™t super juicy.

Dip your donuts into your glaze. Allow them to set up for a few minutes then enjoy!
