Strawberry Ginger Punch
Ingredients List
- 1 pk (4-serving size) Jell-O
- -brand gelatin; strawberry
- -flavor
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1 1/2 c Boiling water
- 2 1/2 c Cold water
- 1 pk (10-oz) Birds Eye quick thaw
- -strawberries
- 1 cn (6-oz) frozen concentrated
- -lemonade or limeade
- 1 Bottle (1-liter) ginger
- -ale; chilled
- Mint leaves
- Ice cubes (optional)
Directions
DISSOLVE gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water, strawberries
and concentrate ; stir until strawberries and concentrate are thawed. Chill
until ready to serve. Stir in ginger ale and mint. Serve over ice, if
desired.
