Strawberry Rhubarb Mold

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 Cups water
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 Packages (4-serving size)
  • Strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 Package (16 ounces)
  • Frozen rhubarb, thawed,
  • Chopped, and well drained
  • 1 Can (20 ounces) crushed
  • Pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts


Coat a 2-quart mold with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan,
bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat
and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the remaining
ingredients; mix well. Spoon into the mold and chill for 6 hours, or until
firm. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve.
