Strawberry Rhubarb Mold
Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Packages (4-serving size)
- Strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 Package (16 ounces)
- Frozen rhubarb, thawed,
- Chopped, and well drained
- 1 Can (20 ounces) crushed
- Pineapple, drained
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Coat a 2-quart mold with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan,
bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat
and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the remaining
ingredients; mix well. Spoon into the mold and chill for 6 hours, or until
firm. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve.
