Strawberry Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls ice

 Directions

1.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.

Serve in a large glass and enjoy.

Notes
If using frozen berries or bananas, feel free to reduce the amount of ice you add before blending.
