Stuffed Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients List
- 2 14oz cans artichoke hearts,
- Drained
- 1 1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
- 4 Cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 1/2 c Italian salad dressing
- 3 tb Lemon juice
- Paprika
Directions
Remove the pulp from the center of the artichoke hearts & cut each in
half. In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, &
cheese. Moisten the mixture with olive oil, salad dressing, & lemon
juice. Stuff the artichoke hearts with the mixture. Place the hearts
in a greased baking dish & sprinkle them with paprika. Bake the dish
at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
