Stuffed Peppers\clay Cooker
Ingredients List
- 4 Large green or red peppers
- 1/2 lb Ground beef
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
- 6 tb Chopped onions
- 4 tb Chopped bacon
- 2 tb Parsley, minced
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 c Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c Cooked rice
Directions
Soak lid of clay cooker. Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers. Set stuffed
peppers into the cooker. Cover and put into cold oven. Turn to 425F and
