Stuffed Tomatoes #4

 Ingredients List

  • 6 Whole tomatoes
  • 6 Stalks broccoli
  • Salt & pepper
  • Thyme
  • 1/2 c Hollandaise sauce
  • 2 sl Provolone; quartered

 Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice tops off tomatoes and hollow out with a spoon.
Cook broccoli; when done, cool and chop finely. Mix with spices and
Hollandaise. Fill tomatoes and place quartered provolone on top. Bake
approximately 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven.
