Stuffed Wrapped Pork Roast

 Ingredients List

  • 1-Pork Roast 4lbs feeds (4 Adults)
  • ¼ lb of Uncooked bacon
  • 1-Package of frozen spinach
  • 2 Cloves of fresh garlic
  • 3 Slices of fresh bread
  • 1-Pack of McCormick pork roast seasoning mix
  • Grated cheese (4 ounces)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butchers twin
  • ¼ cup of water
  • ¼ lb of mild provolone cheese

 Directions

On a flat surface cut up your sliced bread into small pieces, then do the same with your fresh Garlic next, cook your frozen spinach and drain well, tip use a clean wash cloth put the Spinach into cloth, and squeeze it until all liquid is gone. then add your bread spinach and Chopped garlic into a large mixing bowl.

Now you need to add your grated cheese salt and pepper and mix up really well and sit aside For stuffing your pork roast.

Now with a sharp knife slice your pork roast about ¾ of the way down in the middle of the Roast, try not to cut all the way through, and then fold back. Now you”™re ready to layer the Roast, take your spinach mix and layer across the inside of pork roast evenly, next a layer of Your provolone cheese on top of the spinach mix.

Before folding over take your grated cheeses and add a little more the top with some salt and Pepper again, then fold over your pork to cover the mix on the inside, now your ready to Season the top of the roast.

Take salt and pepper and generously add to the top of roast, next take your McCormick Seasoning and add all over the pork roast.

Next take your butcher”™s twin and tie up your roast about every 3 inches will be fine this will Hold your roast together nicely.

Now you can add your bacon to the top of the roast just layer it across the top of the roast.

Cooking your Roast:
Next place your roast into a baking pan with about 1 ½ cups of water and preheat your oven To 375 degrees and bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, tip check to be sure there”™s always a little water in the baking pan, this will keep from burning.

If you”™re not sure if it”™s done use a thermometer it should read around 170 to 180 degrees and It”™s done.

Once done cool under foil for 10 minutes and slice, tip use the pork roast juices and make a Gravy with it, add ½ stick of butter salt pepper, take little flour and add water to it then mixing Up the flour and add to your juices from the roast and cook for 10 minutes the gravy is really Good, on top of the stuffed wrapped pork roast.
