Sugar Free Cheesecake

Ingredients List
- For the Crust:
- 150 grams Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 50 grams fat free butter
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- For the Filling:
- 200ml water
- 1 (3 ounces) sugar free lemon gelatin
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 50 grams light whipped cream
- 80 grams fat free cream cheese
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2: For the crust, combine the cracker crumbs, butter and cinnamon in a large bowl until well incorporated.
Step 3: Press the mixture into a greased pie pan.
Step 4: Place it into the preheated oven and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden browned.
Step 5: Remove the crust out from oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 6: For the filling, stir the cream cheese and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
Step 7: Cook over water on medium heat and dissolve the gelatin. Remove heat until little bit hot.
Step 8: Pour the gelatin into the cream cheese mixture and then fold in the whipped cream.
Step 9: Pour this mixture onto the crust. Place it into the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or until serve.
Step 10: Slice to serve and serve cold.
