Sugared Nectarines and Peaches

 Ingredients List

  • 3/4 lb Peaches
  • 3/4 lb Nectarines
  • 1 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 c Sugar

 Directions

Pit, peel and slice the fruit. Place in a bowl and add the lemon juice.
Stir in the sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings

This was very good. Because the fruit wasn't really ripe it didn't suffer
from being too sweet.
