 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Canned or homemade beef stoc
  • 1 c Japanese soy sauce
  • 1/2 c Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c Japanese rice wine (sake)


Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and heat just to dissolve sugar.
