Summer Season Fruit Jam

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Chopped sweet cherries
  • 3 c Crushed gooseberries
  • 3 c Crushed red currants
  • 2 1/2 c Crushed raspberries
  • 7 c Sugar


Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 60mn Combine
fruits, bring to boil and cook 15 minutes. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
Bring mixture to boil. Boil, uncovered to jam stage (104C), about 15
minutes. When jam stage is reached, remove from heat. Stir and skim 5
minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars, seal, process in boiling water
bath - 10 minutes. Makes about 10 - 8oz jars. Source: Canadian Living
