 Ingredients List

  • 2 sm Zucchini (unpeeled), cut in
  • -chunks
  • 1/4 c Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c Lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Diet ginger ale or soda
  • -water
  • Lemon slices


In blender or food processor, combine zucchini, sugar and lemon juice;
blend until very smooth. Transfer mixture to container; cover and
refrigerate until needed.
