Sunbutter Energy Balls

Ingredients List
- 5 cups (500g) rolled oats
- 2 cups (300g) dried cranberries (or any dried fruit, or even half dried fruit and half chocolate chips!)
- 2 cups (500g) Creamy SunButter
- 1 cup (300g) maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat the sweetener and SunButter stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the SunButter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix (hands work best).
Roll into balls (about 1 tablespoon of dough per ball).
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Enjoy!
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
