Sunflower Loaf

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Sunflower seeds; ground
  • 1/2 c Bread crumbs
  • 1 c Walnuts; ground
  • 1/2 c Potato, raw; grated
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 c Soy milk
  • 3 tb Onion; grated
  • 1 tb Oil


Mix all ingredients well. Let stand covered for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350
degrees for one hour.
