Sunny's Yummy Easy Baked Tofu

 Ingredients List

  • 1 16 oz block firm tofu
  • 1/2 c Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 ts Chili powder
  • 1 ts Ginger
  • 1 ts Basil

 Directions

Rinse tofu and slice into 8 equal slices. Put slices in a baking dish.
Pour soy sauce to cover slices, top and bottom. Do not drench. mix flour,
chili powder, ginger and basil in a bowl. Dredge wach pieces of tofu in the
flour mixture and place ona generously oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 375
degrees F for 15 minute on each side. Serve with noodle sor rice.
