Super Easy Low Calorie Salad Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c V-8 juice
  • 1 pk Equal sweetener
  • 1/4 c Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 2 tb Oil
  • 1 ts Or more lemon juice
  • Spices to taste: garlic
  • Powder, basil, parsley, salt


Mix all in a cruet, and chill for at least 1 hour. You may not like
the amounts used, just change them to match your taste buds!
