Super Sesame Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Tahini
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/8 ts Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 c ;water, cold
  • Juice of 2 lemons (to taste)


Put tahini, lemon juice and spices in a blender. Add 1/2 cup water and
blend. Continue to drizzle in the water, scraping the sides, until the
consistency you want. Great over pita bread sandwiches, or use as a dip for
vegetables. (You may want to leave it a little thicker for dips).
