  • 4 lb POT ROAST
  • 1 ts NUTMEG
  • 1 ts CINNAMON
  • 1/2 ts GINGER
  • SALT, PEPPER
  • 2 tb OIL
  • 2 ONION SLICED
  • 1 cl GARLIC PRESSED
  • 1/2 c BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/4 c RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 1/2 c WATER
  • 4 BAY LEAVES

 Directions

RUB SPICE INTO MEAT. HEAT AND BROWN MEAT IN OIL. ADD ONION, GARLIC, SUGAR
DISSOLVED IN WATER AND BAY LEAF. COVER AND COOK FOR 40 MIN. IN PRESSURE
COOKER.
