Sweet and Sour Spareribs #2

 Ingredients List

  • 3 lb Spareribs; cracked into 2
  • -to 3 inch pieces
  • 1 ts Monosodium glutamate
  • 3 tb Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c Prepared mustard
  • 1 c Brown sugar


Have butcher cut ribs into small pieces. Bake ribs at 325ø for 1-1/2 hours.
Drain on paper towels. Make sauce with remaining ingredients, then brush on
ribs. Return ribs to 300ø oven for 45 minutes. Baste several times while
