Swiss Green Beans
Ingredients List
- 4 tb Butter
- 2 tb Flour
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 ts Minced; dried onion
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 c Sour cream
- 2 pk (10-oz) frozen French cut
- -green beans; cooked and
- -drained
- 1 1/2 c Grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c Crushed Ritz crackers
Directions
Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion
and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased
casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.
Spread over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
