Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 lb Round steak
- Flour
- Salt & pepper
- Oil
- 1 md Bell pepper; chopped
- 1 Onion; chopped
- 1 cn (14-oz) tomatoes
- 2 cn (8-oz) tomato sauce
- 1 c Water
- 3 c Cooked rice
Directions
Cut steak into small bite-size pieces. Salt & pepper. Roll in flour & fry
in a small amount of oil until brown. Remove steak from pan & saute bell
pepper & onion in remaining oil until tender. Drain oil. Add cut-up
tomatoes, tomato sauce & water. Put steak back in & simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
