Sylvie's Salad Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Plain yogurt
  • 6 oz Light olive oil
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • 1 tb Brown mustard
  • 1 tb Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Various herbs


Mix all ingredients together. It should be the consistency of ranch
dressing. If too thick, thin with more oil.

Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.
