Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 Bunches parsley chopped fine
- 1 lb Cracked wheat; medium or
- -fine
- 1 c Fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 Bunches green onions
- 3 lg Tomatoes; chopped
- 3 lg Lemons; juice of
- 2 tb Salad oil
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 1 tb Sugar
- Salt to taste
Directions
Clean, wash & chop vegetables. Wash & soak wheat for 10 minutes. Squeeze
water from wheat. Add all vegetables, oils, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Mix
well. This recipe is better if prepared a day in advance so flavors can
melt together.
