Tabuli Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 Bunches parsley chopped fine
  • 1 lb Cracked wheat; medium or
  • -fine
  • 1 c Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 Bunches green onions
  • 3 lg Tomatoes; chopped
  • 3 lg Lemons; juice of
  • 2 tb Salad oil
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • Salt to taste


Clean, wash & chop vegetables. Wash & soak wheat for 10 minutes. Squeeze
water from wheat. Add all vegetables, oils, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Mix
well. This recipe is better if prepared a day in advance so flavors can
melt together.
