Taco Salad in a Bag

Ingredients List
- about 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 TBS garlic
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 TBS taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 6-8 individual chip bags
- *************************
- Optional Toppings:
- cheese
- black beans
- lettuce
- corn
- rice
- salsa
- sourcream
- guacamole
Directions
1. Cook ground beef, garlic and onion in a saute pan until ground beef is browned, garlic is fragrant and onion is soft.
2. Add taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
3. Allow to simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until sauce gets a little thicker.
4. Set meat aside while you prepare your other ingredients.
5. Open a bag of chips per person and drop in meat and desired toppings.
6. Stir everything together.
