Tagine of Swis Chard

 Ingredients List

  • 12 c Swiss chard, finely chopped
  • 1 c Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 c Salad oil
  • 1 ts Sweet paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 c Raw rice

 Directions

Place chard in the casserole with the onion, cilantro, oil, paprika, salt,
pepper & 1/4 c water. Cook, covered, 30 minutes. Add the rice & continue
cooking until all the liquid has been evaporated, about 20 minutes. Serve
warm.
