Tangy Chicken Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Pineapple, chunks, drained
  • 2 c Chicken or turkey, chopped
  • 3/4 c Grapes, red, halved
  • 1/2 c Celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c Yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 ts Curry powder
  • 1/3 c Oats, uncooked
  • 1/3 c Peanuts, dry roasted

 Directions

Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add
those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories
each.
