Tangy Green Beans
Ingredients List
- 2 cn String beans -- (15 1/2 oz
- Cans)
- Bacon strips -- halved
- Sauce:
- 3 tb Butter
- 1 tb Vinegar
- 1 tb Tarragon vinegar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1 tb Parsley -- chopped
- 1 ts Onion -- grated
Directions
Drain beans. Wrap beans in bacon, about 6-7 beans in a piece of bacon.
Secure with toothpick. Broil until bacon is done. Combine ingredients for
sauce and bring to a boil. Pour hot sauce over beans and serve.
