Tangy Vietnamese-Style Marinade

  • 2 Garlic cloves; crushed
  • 3 Shallots; minced
  • 1/4 c Peanut oil
  • 3 tb Nuoc mam sauce
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Bouillon powder
  • 1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
