 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Tahini;
  • 6 tb Water;
  • 2 tb Fresh lemon juice;
  • ds Red (cayenne) pepper;

 Directions

Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores.
This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads.
Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about 1/2 cup.
