Tennessee Potatoes

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Hashed brown potatoes --
  • Defrosted
  • 1 c Onion -- chopped
  • 1 cn Cream of chicken soup,
  • Condensed
  • 1 pt Sour cream
  • 1/2 c Melted butter
  • 2 1/2 c Cheddar cheese -- grated
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts White pepper


Combine hash browns, onion, chicken soup, and sour cream; add melted
butter, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Put in 9x13 inch greased pan.
Cook 1 hour at 350 F until done.
