Ingredients List
- 2 c Cooked white rice (3/4 cup
- (uncooked)
- 2 c (10 oz.) cooked chicken, cut
- -into strips
- 1 1/3 c (2.8 oz can) French's French
- -Fried Onions, divided
- 1 pk (12 oz.) frozen bell pepper
- -strips, thawed & drained*
- 1 Jar (12 oz.) chicken gravy
- 3 tb Teriyaki sauce
- *Or, substitute 2 cups
- -sliced bell peppers for
- -frozen pepper strips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400øF. Grease 2 quart oblong baking dish. Press rice into
bottom of prepared baking dish.
