Teriyaki Chicken Medley

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Cooked white rice (3/4 cup
  • (uncooked)
  • 2 c (10 oz.) cooked chicken, cut
  • -into strips
  • 1 1/3 c (2.8 oz can) French's French
  • -Fried Onions, divided
  • 1 pk (12 oz.) frozen bell pepper
  • -strips, thawed & drained*
  • 1 Jar (12 oz.) chicken gravy
  • 3 tb Teriyaki sauce
  • *Or, substitute 2 cups
  • -sliced bell peppers for
  • -frozen pepper strips

 Directions

Preheat oven to 400øF. Grease 2 quart oblong baking dish. Press rice into
bottom of prepared baking dish.
