Teriyaki Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 c Mirin
  • 8 ts Sake
  • 4 ts Sugar
  • 16 oz Water Chestnuts
  • 2/3 c Green Onions; Thin Slice
  • 3 tb Sesame Seed; Toasted
  • 1/8 ts Fresh Ginger; Minced

 Directions

Mix all ingredients - heat to dissolve sugar. Cornstarch may be used to
thicken slightly; green onions and/or water chestnut may be added for
