Teriyaki Steak Skewers

Ingredients List
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together to form marinade, except for the steak, green onions, and the sesame seeds. Once well combined, add the cubed steak.
Marinate the steak for 3 hours. Save the marinade!
Skewer the beef onto a metal skewer and set aside.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat; grill for 8-10 minutes until the meat is done to desired liking.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
