Tex-Mex Skillet

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 can whole kerneled corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces whole wheat rotini pasta
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ½ cups shredded colby jack cheese


Brown hamburger, drain.

In a skillet add all ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil then turn the heat down to a simmer for 15 minutes and cover, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
