Texas Breast of Lamb
Ingredients List
- 4 lb Breast of lamb -- in 6-8
- Pieces
- 1/2 c Homestyle chili sauce
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 tb Chili powder
- 1/2 ts Tabasco
- 1 tb Worcestershire
- Sliced
Directions
Brown the lamb in a Dutch oven and pour off the fat. In a small bowl, mix
together the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb. Cover and bake
at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until lamb is tender. Remove the cover
the last 15 minutes.
