Thai Fried Rice with Vegetables

  • 1/4 c White onion; chopped
  • 1 tb Fresh garlic; chopped
  • 12 oz Fresh or frozen mixed
  • Vegetables
  • 3 tb Vegetable oil or butter
  • 1/4 ts Ground black pepper
  • 1 tb Brown sugar (optional)
  • 3 tb Oyster Sauce or Thai Kitchen
  • Fish Sauce


Brown Onion And Garlic In Oil Or Butter. Add Remaining Ingredients And
Simmer For 10-15 Minutes. Serves 2-4. MM Norma Wrenn
