The Best Mashed Cauliflower

 Ingredients List

  • 1 (1 lb bag) of frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter, I use earth balance
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced or grated.
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped chives


Prepare cauliflower according to package directions.

Once cauliflower is finished cooking, drain and place in a large mixing bowl.

Add in vegan butter and garlic.

With and immersion blender or potato mashed, combine until creamy and well mixed. Until resembled mashed potatoes. You want to make sure and not leave big chunks however.

Season with salt and pepper & stir in fresh chives.

Serve immediately & enjoy!
