- 1 c Dry white wine
- 3 Large shallots; minced
- 2 Large garlic cloves; minced
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tb Dijon mustard
- 10 Peppercorns; crushed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
