The Judge's Broiled Shrimp

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Medium or large shrimp with
  • -shells
  • Garlic salt
  • 5 tb Lemon juice
  • 1 Stick butter; melted
  • 1/2 -(up to)
  • 1/3 c Olive oil

 Directions

Place shrimp in a large pan with sides about 1 inch high. Sprinkle with
garlic salt, lemon juice, butter and olive oil. Marinate in refrigerator at
least 1 hour. Bake at 300ø until pink, 8 to 10 minutes. Then, broil until
oil and butter bubbles, about 4 minutes. Serve with French bread which is
delicious dipped in the sauce. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
