Thousand Island Dressing (Canyon Ranch)

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c Fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Chili sauce
  • 1/4 c Sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 1/8 ts Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh lemon juice; to taste


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

It will keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for 1 week.
