Three Cheese Tortellini with Summer Squash & Fresh Basil

Ingredients List
- 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fresh cheese tortellini*
- 2 Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Sauté Express® squares
- 2 medium (2 cups) zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 medium (2 cups) yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain; keep warm.
2. Melt Sauté Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet just until bubbles begin to form. Add zucchini and squash. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until crisply tender.
3. Add cooked tortellini. Toss together until combined. Place into serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil.
