Tofu Au Gingembre

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Firm Tofu
  • 1/3 c Ginger root, grated
  • 2/3 c Sunflower oil
  • 2/3 c Tamari


Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in a shallow oven-proof
dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, oil and tamari. Pour over the tofu.
Let marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 - 30
