Tofu Mayonnaise

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Medium tofu, drained
  • 1 tb Cider vinegar
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1 ts Tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tb Maple syrup (optional)


1. Crumble tofu into a blender or food processor.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Blend until smooth.
