Tofu Poke
Ingredients List
- 16 oz Tofu, firm
- 1 md Onion, sliced thinly
- 6 md Tomatoes, julienned
- 1 ts Ginger, fresh minced
- 3 tb Soy sauce
- 1 ts Sesame seeds, toasted
- Lemon juice to taste
Directions
Drain and rinse the tofu. Cut it into 1/2 inch cubes and place the cubes in
a mixing bowl. Add the tomatoes and onions. In a separate container, mix
the ginger, soy sauce, sesame seeds and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over
the tofu and vegetables. Turn gently and allow to marinate in the
refridgerator for a few hours before serving. Serve over cous cous or
pasta.
